1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 9Soccer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Description of Service

9Soccer is a football trivia game in which players watch short video clips of iconic football moments and answer questions about what they see. The Service includes daily challenges, tournaments, battle royale competitions, wager matches, speed rounds, and leaderboard rankings. The game is available on iOS, Android, and the web.

3. User Accounts

• Account registration is optional. You may play as a guest with limited features.
• If you register, you provide an email address and choose a display name.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One account per person. Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited.

4. Virtual Currency

9Soccer features in-game coins and other virtual items. These virtual currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, sold, or redeemed for real money or anything of real-world value. Virtual currency balances do not constitute a stored-value account. We reserve the right to modify virtual currency pricing, availability, and functionality at any time.

5. In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases, including subscriptions (such as 9Pro), are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store in accordance with their refund policies. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. We do not process or store any payment information.

6. User Conduct

When using 9Soccer, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any form of automation to play the game.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Attempt to manipulate scores, leaderboards, or matchmaking systems.
• Use offensive, hateful, or inappropriate usernames or content.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All original content in 9Soccer, including trivia questions, game mechanics, visual design, and branding, is the property of 9Soccer or its licensors. Video clips of football moments are used under fair use for commentary and educational purposes, or under applicable licenses. All third-party trademarks, logos, and team names belong to their respective owners.

8. No Real-Money Gambling

9Soccer is not a gambling service. The wager mode and all competitive features use virtual coins only, which have no real-world monetary value. No real money can be won, lost, or wagered through the Service. 9Soccer is a game of skill and knowledge, not chance.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years of age to use 9Soccer. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will terminate their account and delete associated data.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any virtual currency or items associated with your account will be forfeited.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9Soccer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, game progress, virtual currency, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Israel.
